Traffic data and incidents from fixed cameras
CAMAN Static gives an overview of traffic on city streets, roads and motorways. From the picture of fixed cameras it counts vehicles, tells their categories and speeds, and identifies selected traffic incidents. The statistics support traffic planning, and the alerts help operators respond to what they see.
Speeds are estimates for traffic analysis, not certified measurements.

Traffic counts
CAMAN tracks traffic volume and composition over time. Managers can compare the load on the places they observe and use the results to design and evaluate traffic measures.
Vehicle categories and speed
Vehicle categories and speed analysis complete the picture of the traffic. The outputs follow the cameras, where they are and how the solution is configured.
Number plate recognition
Depending on the camera set-up and configuration, CAMAN Static can also include number plate recognition.
Traffic incidents
CAMAN alerts to selected situations, such as a stopped vehicle, wrong-way driving, or a person or animal on the road. Operators get the related recording to assess the incident and decide what to do.
Speed data is for traffic analysis. The outputs available depend on the cameras, where they are and how the solution is configured.
