Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed on this website is CANEX, spol. s r. o., Topoľčianska 25, 851 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID 31 378 854. For questions about your data, write to sales@caman.ai.

What we process and why

When you send the contact form, we process the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, the type of organisation you work with, your topic and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation you asked for.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form emails

The contact form sends your enquiry to our mailbox at sales@caman.ai through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), an email delivery service.

Resend processes data in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Hosting and security

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. If spam protection is active on the contact form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read and how quickly they load. The service sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify individual visitors.

It records details such as the page address, the page you came from, your country and the type of browser and device you use.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used and keeping it fast (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

What we do not do

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Fonts and other files are served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact third-party font services.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows, then we delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, to object to its processing and to data portability. Write to sales@caman.ai.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
